He is survived by: his sons, David Flood of St. Albans, VT, Donald Guadagni (China) and John Guadagni of Newport, VT; and his nieces, Dawn Flood-Dunn of Holland, VT, Heidi Flood (Florida) and Tina Flood (Florida).
