He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Emond and Henrietta Emond (Rose); and his brothers, George and Paul Emond. He is survived by: his wife Carole Emond (Pomeroy) of Derby; his sister Patricia Franklin (Emond) of Kanata, Ontario.; his children, Tina (David), Trisha and Stephen; his stepsons, Graham Mink (Cristina), Andy Mink (Lacy) and Rob Mink (Kerry); and his grandchildren, Sam, Leo, Livia, Gunnar, Charlotte and Jocelyn.
