It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norm Robert Ratte (Newport Center, Vermont), born in Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 21, 2018, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Robert L. Ratte and Marie Valerie Ratte; his daughter Robin Farrow (Brett Farrow); his granddaughter Alyssa Farrow; his sons, Jay Ratte (Tonya Bingham Ratte) and Timothy Ratte (Jennifer Sarrel Ratte); his brother-in-law Bruce Chaput (Jeanne Chaput); his niece Rebecca Chaput; and his nephews, Clinton Chaput and Nicholas Chaput.
