He was predeceased by: his siblings, Joseph Patenaude, Homer Patenaude, Peter Patenaude, Larry Patenaude and Marielle Morin.
He is survived by: his wife Mercedese; his children, Rene (Sharon), Luke (Amy), Norman (Yvette), Andre (Deb), Monique (Mike Morin), Denise Patenaude (Tim) and Theresa (Mark Forbes); and his siblings, Raymond Patenaude of Newport, Jeannine Lague of New Hampshire, Anita Lafleur of Orleans, Rose Lachance of Canada, Cecile Wheeler (Merle) of Derby and Rita Gobeil (Raymond) of Newport. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren.
