He is survived by: his spouse Patricia Mills; his children, Mike Morin (Monique) of Newport Center, VT, Tim Morin of Newport Center, VT and Pam Starr (Gary) of Jay, VT.; his grandchildren, Michelle Silva (Michael), Liza Workman (Greg), Shane Morin (Kara), Melissa Zebrowski (Andrew), Robin Colter (Tom), Angie Starr (Simon Gnehm), Andy Starr (Tonya Ashman) and Joseph Starr (Amanda); and his siblings, Jeannette Bennett (Robert) of Newport Center, VT, Lillian Wheeler of Newport Center, VT and Connie Desrochers of Newport Center, VT. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
