He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace E. Bailey and Josephine Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Bailey (Sulham) of Newbury; his children, Chris Bailey (Aileen) of St. Albans, VT and Nicole Cooke (Seamus) of Fletcher, VT; his grandson Keegan Bailey; his cousins, Brent Smith (Pam) of Groton, VT and Rusty Crown (Martha) of Groton; and also, Cade and Keera Cooke.
