He was predeceased by: his father Richard Lombardo. He is survived by: his daughter Brooklyn Ann Eathorne of Seymour, IN; his mother Brenda Eathorne; and his siblings, Bethany, Sarah and Douglas Lombardo of Chatsworth, NJ.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
