With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Earl Bessette (New Haven, Vermont), born in Charlotte, Vermont, who passed away on December 19, 2019 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Solon Bessette and Helen Fletcher Bessette; his sisters, Doris Godard and Eleanor Hawley; and his son-in-law Eddie Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Raymonde; his children, Earlene Smith of East Middlebury, Diane Bolduc (Eugene) of Shoreham, Ala, Denise Martin (Ray) of New Haven, Edward Bessette (Melanie) of New Haven, Laurie Vincent (Brad) of New Haven and Lisa Bessette (Helen Myhre) of New Haven; and his sister Lois Zeno (Toby) of Monkton. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
