He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Farnsworth and Flora Farnsworth (White); and his siblings, Ralph Farnsworth (Yvonne) and Inez French (Howard). He is survived by: his children, Randy Farnsworth (Amy) and Delsie Farnsworth; and his grandchildren, Mikayla Farnsworth (Garrison) and Kolby Farnsworth.
