He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Marshall Cole and Elwin Hezekiah Blaisdell. He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Williams of Morrisville; his sons, Wayne Jr. (Elaine) of Morrisville and Timothy (Andrea) of Johnson; his grandchildren, Bradley of Hyde Park and Tammi Jo; his great grandchildren, Colten and Delaney; and his siblings, Theron of Burlington, VT and Janet (Louis Roy) of Waterbury, VT..
