He was predeceased by: his wife Maxine Smith; and his parents, Freida Jordan and Earl Smith. He is survived by: his daughters, Angelique Smith of Jericho, Margo Smith of South Burlington and Erin Driscoll; his son-in-law Patrick Driscoll; his granddaughters, Zooey of Leeds, ME. and Norah of Leeds, ME.; and his brothers, David Smith and John Smith.
