He is survived by: his son Robert Neilson, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Kathleen O'Hearn Neilson; his grandchildren, Brian Neilson and Lindsey Lamb (Brian); and his great grandchildren, Hannah Hazel, Emma Grace and Brayden James Lamb. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
