He was predeceased by: his father William B. Lowe; and his sister Deborah Lowe. He is survived by: his mother Jane G. Lowe; his daughters, Elizabeth Lowe of Sarasota, Florida, Caroline Edlund (Dillon) of Roxbury, Vermont and Emily Lowe of Vergennes, Vermont; his granddaughters, Christina Edlund, Ella Mae Edlund and Reese Waldron; and his siblings, James Lowe, Thomas Lowe, Steven Lowe, Connie Lowe and Barbara Watson.
