He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry and Blanche Mildred Collier; and his sister Sharon Rose Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Michele Maurine Collier; his daughter Jennine Christine (Michel Hazen Lawson); and his siblings, Patricia Rae Denhartog and Daniel Raymond Collier. He is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
