He is survived by: his parents, Michael Collins and Phyllis Bielski Collins; his wife Bobbi Reen; his children, Katelin, Kyler Collins of Hyde Park, Jordon and Zachary Phelps of Morrisville; his parents-in-law, William, Jean and Reen of Morrisville, VT; his brothers-in-law, Brian, Billy, Eric, David and Dennis; his brother Christopher Collins (Marcia) of Easthampton, Massachusetts; his aunt Florence; and his cousins, Maureen and Patti.
