It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louise Freer in Morrisville, Vermont, born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, who passed away on June 24, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Stephens and Vera Black Stephens; and her sister Ginger Stephens. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth R. Freer; her daughters, Priscilla D. Beaulieu of Virginia and Marie F. Gaudette (Vance) of Waterbury Center; her grandchildren, Joseph Beaulieu, Stephen Beaulieu, Justin Beaulieu, Kenneth Campbell, Avery Gaudette, Alex Gaudette and Paul Gibson; and her siblings, Dennis Stephens of Alabama, Peter Stephens (Heather), Tonawanda and Judi Stephens of Florida.
