He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stanley Bailey and Mary Arbuckle Bailey; his wife Marguerite McAllister; his children, Cheryl Tardy of Stowe, Cathy Collomy (David) of Maine, Sara Allen (Eric) of Morrisville, Marianne Bailey of Barre and Basil Bailey of Cambridge; and his former wife Priscilla Severance.
