He was predeceased by: his parents, James Howard Palmer and Deanna Smith Palmer; and his aunt Jean Smith. He is survived by: his children, Paige Marie Palmer and Cole Brian Palmer; his sisters, Debbie Palmer-Fagnant, Monica Morrissey and Sheri Leigh; his brother-in-law Brian Morrissey; and his uncle David Smith. He is also survived by many other cousins/nieces/nephews.
