It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Carolyn Williams (Morgan, Vermont), born in Derby, Vermont, who passed away on August 14, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hopkinson and Ethel Hopkinson (Lorimer); her husband Joel Emerson Williams; her brother Reginald Hopkinson (Reg); her sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Hopkinson (Betty) and Maxine Poyerd; and her children-in-law, Linda Williams (Ivan) and Dennis Higgins (Mildred).
She is survived by: her children, Ivan Williams (Carla), Michael Williams (Sherry), Roderick Williams (Elizabeth), Mildred Higgins and Donna Goad (Todd); her grandchildren, Melissa Tyler (Chad), Harry Williams (Tonya), Kelley Williams, Jonathan Higgins (Ashley), Samantha Williams, Joel Williams, Zachary Goad, Brandon Goad and Trevor Goad; her great grandchildren, Hailey Williams, Alia Williams, Nathan Higgins, Natalie Tyler and Adam Higgins; her niece Judy Bednarz (Ed); her stepgrandchildren, Alicia Gilbert (Jerry), Alison Wallace (Chris), Robert Pyer (Larissa), Sierra Church, Zachary Church and Elise Baltgalvis; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Slade Stroinski, Crystal Gilbert, Elizabeth Wallace, Emma Wallace, Oliva Zorn, Eythan Wallace and Chandler Zorn. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
