He is survived by: his parent Sarah "Sadie" Finlay (Murray); his wife Betty Finlay of Moretown; his children, Douglas Albert Finlay (Patty) of Aptos, CA and Bonnie Rae Bossier of Moretown; his granddaughter Mychelle Salbashian; his great grandchildren, Kylie and Landy; his grandsons, Travis Finlay (Jerusha) and Zachary Bossier; his significant other Christina Kingston; and his great grandchild Ryleigh Bossier.
