He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Russell and Eunice Russell (Lyman); and his siblings, Blanche Shephard and Richard L. Russell. He is survived by: his former spouse L. Chila Brown; his wife Chila Russell of Waterbury Center; and his brother John Russell of Finley Lake. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
