He is survived by: his children, Pamela Hepburn (Kenneth) of Barre Town, VT, Cheryl Goodwin-Abare (Charles) of Moretown, VT, Michael Goodwin (Caren) of Westfield, Indiana, Walter Goodwin III (Michelle) of Northfield, VT, Brian Goodwin of West Berlin, VT and Greg Goodwin of West Berlin, VT.; his grandchildren, Chuck, Ben, Jordan, Zach, Cory and Rachel; and his siblings-in-law, Andrew Allard and Mary Smith. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
