It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theresa Vasseur of Montpelier, Vermont, born in Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 17, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Mayhew and Delia Mayhew (Hagarty); her son Douglas Vasseur; her great grandchild Justin; and her brothers, Charles and Stephen Mayhew.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Blakey (Alfred) of Barre, Dennis Vasseur (Nancy) of Worcester, Richard Vasseur of Berlin and Donald Vasseur (Silke) of Graniteville; her daughter-in-law Jo Ann Vasseur of Barre Town; and her siblings, Kathleen Garvey of Massachusetts, Alfred of Massachusetts, Richard Mayhew of Massachusetts and Gerald Mayhew of Florida. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
