He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, A. Barbara Mullen (Combs) and Robert J. Mullen; his wife Peggy Mullen of Berlin; his children, Anne VanBenschoten (John), Gail Pelkey (Charles) of Waterbury, VT, Linda Mullen of Berlin, VT, David Mullen of Barre and Jeffrey Mullen (Leslie) of Richmond, VT; his sister Mary Lou; his brother-in-law Homer Campbell of Brighton, Ontario; and his daughter Judith Marie. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
