He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Withey and Rutgers University; his wife Maria Withey; his children, Robert Withey (Brenda Ellwood Withey) of South Burlington, Kym Maynard of Duxbury and Ted Withey (Dagny Hoff) of Montpelier; and his grandchildren, Master Sergeant Dylan Maynard (Jaclyn) of Ft. Benning and Chelsea Frost of Berlin. He was also cherished by five great-grandchildren.
