With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard M. Woodruff (Montpelier, Vermont), born in Burlington, Vermont, who passed away on January 29, 2019 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank E. Woodruff and Evelyn Woodruff (MacDonald); his siblings, Stephen Woodruff, Frank Woodruff, Jr. (Jackie) of San Antonio, TX, David Woodruff (Dianne) of Manchester, NH, Paul Woodruff of Colchester, Mary Woodruff of Williston, Sarah Ford of Concord, NH, Jane Woodruff (Arlene Averill) of Greensboro and Anne M. Woodruff; his sister-in-law Elizabeth Leopold; and his cousin Richard Vickery. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
