It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Reginald D Welch of Montpelier, Vermont, born in Saint Johnsbury, Vermont, who passed away on February 15, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Welch and Ruth Welch (Gibson) of Peacham; and his sisters, Marjorie Welch and Beverly Isham (Welch). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Welch (Brear) of Montpelier; his sons, Rory Welch (Nancy) of Manassas, VA and Keith Welch (Sandra) of Winchester, VA; and his brothers, Raymond Welch of Greensboro, NC and Donald Welch of East Montpelier. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
