We are sad to announce that on March 24, 2023, at the age of 86, Peggy Ann Mullen (Montpelier, Vermont), born in Saint Albans, Vermont passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian Ann (Parmelee) and Frank James Lawliss; her husband Robert Mullen (Bob); her daughter Judith Marie; and her siblings, Frances Clark and Charles Lawliss.
She is survived by: her children, Anne Van Benschoten (John) of Edenton, NC, Gail Pelkey (Charles) of Waterbury Center, VT, Linda Mullen of Berlin, VT, David Mullen of South Barre, VT and Jeffrey Mullen (Leslie) of Richmond, VT. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
