He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas J. Rumley and Claire A. Lane; and his siblings, Thomas Rumley (Maxine Weed), Mary Fagone (Doug) and Joan Stearns (Paul Giamo). He was also cherished by uncle to his nieces and nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
