It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia A. Premo (Montpelier, Vermont), born in Curwensville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 23, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Velma Mae Dale (Dodge) and Charles Dale; and her siblings, James Dale and Donna Dale Nonamaker. She is survived by: her children, William G. Premo of Boston, MA, Leslie Ann Premo of York, PA and James Mark Premo of Winooski, VT; her siblings, William L. Dale of Clearfield, PA, Beverly Dale Blakeman of Oxnard, CA and Joan Deloris Earhart of Yacolt, WA; and her sister-in-law Joyce Dale of Curwensville, PA.

Donations in Pat's memory may be made to The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society or The National Lymphedema Network.
