She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hawthrone and Gladys Hawthrone (Drown); and her son Maurice Jr. (Curly). She is survived by: her husband Maurice Brown; her daughter Susan; her close friend Gary Brown (Cheryl) of Moretown; and her sister Joyce Spooner. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren.
