He was predeceased by: his parents, Chesley Ferguson of Oswego and Maude Ferguson of Oswego; and his siblings, Freda, Letha, Clifford, Carl, Ray and Ellis.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff (Kelly) of Milton and Jean of Colchester; his grandchildren, Nicholas Ferguson, Jamie Ferguson, Thomas, William and Joseph Ward; his brother Ralph Ferguson (Arzella) of Kansas City, KS; and also Jean. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
