It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Joyce George (Montpelier, Vermont), who passed away at the age of 81, on February 12, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Joyce may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Joyce touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She is survived by: her husband Harvey George; her son Daniel (Christina George); her grandchildren, Ally Bailey, Emily George and Brooke George; her great grandchildren, Jack, Owen and Evelyn Bailey; her sons, David George (Emily Parker) and Jon (Ashley George); and her grandson Joseph George.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Vermont Audubon Society https://vt.audubon.org to a local conservation or wildlife organization of your choice, reflecting her lifelong love for nature.
