We are sad to announce that on November 28, 2021, at the age of 76, Jo-Anne Feelan Balentine (Montpelier, Vermont), born in Bristol, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Howard Feelan and Louise Feelan; her husband George Balentine; her sons, Aiden Balentine of Montpelier and Andrew Balentine of East Calais, VT; her sister Corrine Johnson of Stuart, FL.; her son John Balentine; and her sister Louise Circle.
