He was predeceased by: his parents, James Garvey and Helen Garvey; and his sisters, Suzanne, Patricia and Janice.
He is survived by: his wife Carla Hagan (Wiedenmayer); his sons, Kevin Patrick Garvey (Michelle) of Pompano Beach, FL, Brian Scott Garvey of Deerfield Beach, FL, Shawn Jeffry Garvey (Crystal) of Bryan, TX and John Matthew Hagan of Denver, CO.; his grandchildren, Kayla, Austin, Logan and Gavin; and his great grandchildren, Minnow and Hunter Mae.
Memorial contributions may be made to Central Vermont Medical Center, in recognition of the outstanding care he received during his stay there.
