He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcus Morton and Mary Agnes Cutler (Peterson); his wife Kay; and his siblings, Harold, Robert, Albert (Bebe), Franklin (Johnny), Lorraine O'Brien and Cecilia Cutler.
He is survived by: his spouse Kathryn Carol Pollack; his children, James R. Cutler (Kathleen Taylor) of Steubenville, OH, Thomas M. (Carin Roth) of Santa Rosa, CA, Carol White (Cutler), John J. (Silvia) of Girona, David A. (Karen Roderer) of Fuquay Varina, NC, Peter M. (Jacqueline Bohan) of Candler, NC, Timothy E. (Cynthia Galle) of South Burlington, VT and Tracy Lynn Forant Cutler of South Burlington, VT; and his siblings, Marguerite Orr of Essex Jct, VT, Marcus Cutler (Charlotte) and Florence Morse (Elliott).
In lieu of flowers contributions in his memory may be made to Easter Seals, the Knights of Columbus Bishop Rice Council 2946, the Vermont Old Cemetery Association, the American Legion (Montpelier Post No. 3, Inc.,) or the Essex (VT) Community Historical Society.
