In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Hugh leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Hugh may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh C. Hawkins and Rachael Badger Hawkins; and his siblings, Dennis Hawkins, Roy Hawkins and Buella.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Hawkins of East Montpelier, VT; his children, Samantha Hawkins of Rock Hill, SC, Sara Caggiano of Charlotte, NC, Shannon Isaac of Rock Hill, SC, Scott Hawkins of East Montpelier, VT and Louis Pregent of Randolph, VT.; and his brother Gordon Hawkins.
