It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Harold Edwin Ruggles (Montpelier, Vermont), who passed away on April 3, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Ruggles and Susan Ruggles (Parker); his wife Priscilla; his sisters-in-law, Agnes, Pauline and Lois Ruggles; and his brother Donald Howard Ruggles.

He is survived by: his siblings, Lucy (Robert Frasier) and Francis Ruggles; his niece Barbara (Scott Goodrich); his nephew Donald Ruggles (Tip); his great-niece Kimberly (Lawrence Smith); his great-nephew Kristopher (Patricia Goodrich); and also Carolina June Goodrich. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
