It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gertrude Mae Prevost of Montpelier, Vermont, who passed away on February 9, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Sweeney and Donelda Sweeney (Millette); her husband Wayne Prevost; her children, Grace Ann and Peter Prevost; her grandchildren, Noah Prevost, Brooke Prevost and Michele Tremblay; and her siblings, Edward Sweeney, Lois Fordham, Theresa Wagner, Jane Lemieux and Alene Casey.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Collette (John) of Punta Gorda, FL, Pamela Davis of Montpelier, Diane Belchamber (Tom) of Jefferson, GA, Debra Wilder of Berlin, Stephanie Fuller of Barre Town, Wayne Prevost, Jr. of Montpelier, Michael Prevost of Montpelier, Paul Prevost of Montpelier, Thomas Prevost (Jessica) of Springvale, ME and Joseph Prevost (Liz) of Berlin; and her sister Edith Fordham of Orange. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, and several great great grandchildren.
