He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayland Withers and Betty Withers (Wright); and his siblings, Susan Withers, William Withers, Brenda Withers and Rose LeBlanc.
He is survived by: his siblings, Beverly Montgomery of South Wheelock, Michael Withers of Minnesota and Linda Moulton (Tim Moulton) of Marshfield, VT..
