He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlos Adam Shaw and Dora LaBelle Shaw; and his sister Ramona Shaw. He is survived by: his siblings, Jeanne Chartier of Barre, Edith Kiernan of Fraser, CO and Carlos Shaw of Waterbury; his niece Theresa (Richard Patterson) of Waterbury; and his friends, Kathryn Grace and Rick Thompson. He is also survived by other friends and former co-workers.
