Franklin Paul touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Shiner and Dorothy Shiner (Fiske). He is survived by: his daughters, Esther Falbo (Richard) of Frederick, MD and Judy Whited (Aaron) of Parkersburg, WV.; and his grandchildren, Jackson, Owen, August, Phoenix and Bella.
