With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Forrest Bolkum (Montpelier, Vermont), born in Newbury, Vermont, who passed away on April 22, 2019 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Bolkum and Edith Bolkum (Lobdell); his former wife Gwendolyn Worden; his children, Angelina Buzzi of Berlin, Joyce Lehan of Newburyport, MA, Jerome Bolkum of Barre and Shirley Bolkum of Essex, VT; and his grandchildren, Christopher Buzzi, Nicolas Buzzi, Patrick Lehan, Ryan Lehan, Courtney Lehan, Kerry, Amy, Erin Bolkum of Australia and Margaret Murray.
