With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Blouin (Montpelier, Vermont), who passed away on February 12, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Carey and Theresa Carey (Failey); her husband Conrad Blouin (Connie); and her siblings, Francis Carey, Shirley Lay and Margaret Larned. She was also cherished by 18 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
