He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vernon Pinkham and Natalie Pinkham; his wife Dorothy Booker of Montpelier; his children, Diane Muir (Ken) of Bradford, Maine and Richard (Anne Chetham-Strode) of Arvada, Colorado; and his siblings, Annabelle Miller of Hickory, Charles (Jan) of Winchester, Virginia and Carlos (Chris) of Northfield. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
