He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ludovic Valley and Alba Valley (Brisson); his wife Janice Valley (Delphia); his daughter Lynne Fremeau (Mark); his grandchildren, Rachel, Seth and Ryan Fremeau; his great grandchildren, Mark Valley, Ellen Valley and Hannah Valley Miller (Tim); his brothers, David Valley (Marion) of Milton, VT and Donald Vallee (Kathy) of Tucson, AZ; his siblings-in-law, John Farr, Jr. of Waterbury and Brenda Thibault (David) of Venice, FL.; and his sister Julie Farr (Vallee). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
