She is survived by: her father John Van Sleet Jr. (JoAnn Van Sleet); her significant other Scott Rochefort; her brother Paul Van Sleet; her aunt Diane Barber (Al Barber); her children, Barbara Van Sleet (Anthony Woods), Jason Rochefort (Leah Rochefort) and Steven Rochefort (Alyson Rochefort); her grandchildren, Colby, Payton, Tyler and Everly; and her pets, Hershey, Casey and Milo. She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
