It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lynn Root (Milton, Vermont), born in Burlington, Vermont, who passed away on March 23, 2023, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Root Sr. and Rose Root (Tucker); her sisters, Barbara Davis and Donna Mannings; and her brother-in-law Marvin Mannings.

She is survived by: her son Peter John Root (Angela Cooper); her grandchildren, Makayla Kelly and Logan Root; her siblings, Bernard (Sandra Root), Richard (Dianne Root), Judy Pratt (Peter), Ronald (Veda Root), Lourraine Vanslette and Larry Root (Lisa); her brother-in-law Richard (Barbara Davis); her close friend Norman Rainville; and her landlords, Betty and Mike. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
