He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Coulter and Marie; and his siblings, Louis Coulter of Titusville, PA, Shirley Saunders (Jack) of California and Ellen Bond (George) of California.
He is survived by: his wife Lorna Coulter (Quesnel); and his children, James Coulter (Julee) of Dover, FL, Rebecca Bushey (Todd) of Georgia, VT and Cynthia Fernandez (Jose) of Tampa, FL.. He is also survived by his family, friends.
A reception will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Resurrection Park Cemetery (200 Hinesburg Rd, South Burlington, VT 05403).
