Eunice Root Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eunice Root (Milton, Vermont), who passed away on July 17, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Toof (Munson) and Harmond Toof; her siblings, Harmon Toof, Vernon Toof and Mae Manning (Toof); and her niece Sharon Bidwell.
She is survived by: her former husband Clayton Castle; her husband Wilfred Root, Jr.; her daughter Robin Castle (Bob Robinson) of Barre; her niece Mary Pilon of St. Albans; her foster sons, Brian Castle of Florida and Bobby Castle of Florida; her brother-in-law Truman Breshears of New Hampshire; and her stepchildren, Pamela O'Neill and Kevin Root. She is also survived by three step-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
